ok so I have a job offer.signed contract,positive LMIA .EE profile updated .

Whats best apply for a working visa and wait for it to arrive or jump on a plane and do point of entry in Winnipeg.

is the fee any different ?

What do I need to have readily available ?
LMIA,job offer,resume and certificates,police cert,medical,passport anything else
