Hello, I am in an akward situation, My bridging visa was approved 2019 december, But my Permanent residency was declined on 2020 january saying one of the jobs did not match the NOC requirements. As the bridging visa i got was open work permit, i continued working. I am about to apply for my express entry again. My question is, can i include the experience i gained under bridging visa or does it not considered as experience as my permanent residency was denied? Please help me out if anyone knows the answer, Thank-you in advance.
I believe you can count it. The BOWP is separate from your PR application and you were/are allowed to continue working as long as it is valid.
