Bridging Open Work Permit

I have submitted my application for PR Express Entry on July 31st. My current work permit is expiring on 24th Dec 2024. Should I apply for Bridging Open work permit right away or I can wait for sometime?

You need to wait for AOR and then apply right away for BOWP.

I have Acknowledgement of Receipt that I received the same day I submitted the PR file.

I suggest, apply for bridging open work permit, as BOWP takes up to 3 to 4 months.
