Bridging open work permit

I've applied for Express Entry Canadian Experience Class but I'm having trouble applying for the Bridging open work permit, when I select apply online it asks me to login, i login but the application doesn't get added to my account.

Is this a common issue? Do you have to apply via mail?

have you filled out the come to canada tool questionnaires and the correct form? It needs to be applied through your cic account.

All it states is that I'm eligible for Express entry I never get the option for a Open bridging visa.

When you´re filling it out for a work permit, you have to check the box for temporary resident...

There is no option for BOWP. You need to fill out IMM577 (don't remember the correct number), the form for application of work permit. In section 5 or 6, choose OWP and don't enter any employer. In addition in the LOE, mention that you are applying for BOWP.
