Hello, I applied for my PR and my previous permit , which was a study permit expired on 31st august. I applied for a visitor visa for some status. Is it possible for me to apply for BWP and withdraw my visitor application ?

No - not possible. You must be holding a valid work permit to qualify for a BOWP.
