I have a couple of questions regarding questionnaire for BOWP (Bridging Open Work Permit) and the IMM5710e Form.
I just submitted my electronic PR application CEC (Current LMIA Job) and have received AOR(Acknowledgement of Receipt).
The Work Permit(Closed Work Permit - Temporary Worker) of my current LMIA Job will be expiring in a months time, and I do not have a new LMIA.
Below are my answers to some of the questions to give a bit of context, I have re-numbered them for convenience.
Filling the Questionnaire these are my answers
1. What would you like to do in Canada?
Answer: WORK
2. How long are you planning to stay in Canada?
Answer: Temporarily - more than 6 months
3. What is your current country/territory of residence? If you are presently in Canada, you should select Canada.
Answer: Canada
4. What is your current immigration status in Canada?
Answer: Worker
5. Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?
Answer: Yes
6. Have you submitted a permanent resident application in Canada?
Answer: Yes
7. Do you have a written job offer?
Answer: No

8. I am applying for one of the following?
a. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
b. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
c. Restore my status as a worker d. Get a new temporary residency permit

Answer: Open Work Permit
