Bridge Work Permit

Hi Forum members,

I recently received ITA under EE-CEC stream. I submitted my EE application and got AOR. I am aPGWP holder set to expire on Oct 15,2018. I am thinking of applying for bridge work permit.

I have a couple of questions I am hoping People can answer here.

1) I am filling out IMM 5710- Application to Change conditions Extend my stay in Canada as a worker I am stuck on this question

Question 3 on the form : I am applying for one of the following with options 1) Applying for a work permit with the same employer 2) Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer 3) Restore my status as a worker 4) Get a new Temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

I am not sure which of option 1 to 4 is correct for a bridge open work permit. Can some one answer this?

If there is a specific thread for bridge work permit can some one give me a link please

Are you still gonna work with the same employer or another ?
