My OWP expires in 45 days. We got the ITA under CEC last week. However my wife is pregnant and we are considering delaying the xray part of the medical exam. Can I apply for a BOWP without medical examination is not complete for my wife?
If I can, then will I be in implied status until we complete the medical exam?
