Hi All,

I have been checking the CIC website for an idea of how long it takes to process the BOWP - they are currently working on Apr4 apps with a processing time of 35 days. Does that mean it takes 35days from the date they are currently working on (apr4)?

Also, if someone has submitted this application does that mean they now have implied status?

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Says it right there:

This information is updated weekly. It indicates the time (in calendar days) it takes to process an application after we receive a complete application package.

Basically as of the last update, the processing time for complete applications is 35 days. Next update it might change. Right now they are processing applications received by Apr 4th.

If you've applied before your most recent WP expired you would be under implied status until the new one arrives.
