I am applying for my BOWP online, and its asking me to upload the Schedule 1.

Provide a Schedule 1 declaration. A Schedule 1 declaration is a CIC form with questions about your personal history. You will be asked to list information such as any affiliations with organizations and any military or government service.}

Where can I find this? Or do I need to create one of my own? Please help

If the option of uploading Schedule 1 appears next to the option of uploading "Letter of Explanation" then certainly you don't need to upload it. Your BOWP application would be accepted for processing without Schedule 1.
