Hi, I received two work permits, one expiring September 19th 2024 and the other expiring October 10 2024. Did a little research and based on the second work permit expiring in October i submitted an application for BOWP. In the mean time, I completed and received p2 based on PNP through OINP on December 9th, 2024.
Yesterday, January 27th, my BOWP was refused on the basis that my work permit expired in september 19th, 2024 meaning they used the first work permit not the second. What do I do in this situation? Will my eCOPR just not get released or be denied? If the basis for my refusal is September 19th 2024, it has now been more than 90 days since that date. Am i eligible to restore status based on the date of refusal being yesterday? Any advice is much appreciated.

Submit a webform for reconsideration. The 90 days start from the date of your refusal, not previous WP. Call them and let them know about the situation.

my BOWP was mistakenly withdrawn IRcc, but I didn’t request it. My spouse applied for withdrawal, and it was clearly stated in their letter that it was only for their application. IRCC seems to have mixed it up. Has anyone had a similar issue? Any advice on how to resolve it? Appreciate any help!

HI I have the same condition my bowp is refused on 27 January. My aor is in July 2024. My p1 is on 21 Nov and p2 on 28 Nov. But still did not got the ecopr. Now my bowp is refused and I do not know if I will receive my ecopr. So emmamel what is your progress. Did you get your ecopr.

I did apply for restoration but not for visitor record. I applied for restoration as worker. As i am pnp candidate i am eligible to restore as worker. I am waiting for ecopr yet. I do not know how long they will take and will these things can impact my ecopr
