I live in Laval, Quebec with my spouse. I work as a Business Analyst in Quebec based company. I have applied for PR under CEC. My open work permit is going to expire in Feb 2023. I have 4 months time.
Now I need to apply for Bridging Open Work Permit. I watched few videos on you tube for reference. Then I found out that the process to apply for BOWP in Quebec is different than other provinces.
To apply, I need CSQ. I have few questions, if someone can please help me
1. Is it true that I need CSQ to apply for BOWP ?
2. If yes, any one recently received CSQ , how much time it takes to get a CSQ ?
3. I did not include my spouse in PR application , to get high scores. (With spouse 469 and without spouse 500), that is why I got an ITA. Is that true that if I did not submit my spouse's PR application, then I cannot apply for his BOWP ?
4. If yes, what are the options for my spouse (He is on open work permit).
