My open work permit is going to expire on May 29, 2021, I have already submitted my application for PR under EE. My question is while filing out the form where is asks the following question:
"I am applying for the following'
1. Apply for a work permit with the same employer
2. Restore my status as a worker
3.Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer.
4. Get a new temporary resident permit(for inadmissible applicants only)(doesn't apply to me)
What needs to be selected amongst all the options. If we select option (1), do we get a closed work permit ?
And do we need to submit any cover letter stating why we are applying for a BOWP, I am thinking of uploading my letter or experience and offer letter from my employer.
