I am on PGWP, and my spouse is also on PGWP. I have recently applied for EE with my spouse accompanying me and received the AOR. My question is: Can both the primary applicant and the secondary applicant (accompanied spouse) apply for a BOWP? My spouse is also working in a NOC B job. What are our options?
