Today i got an email from CIC, and my BOWP has been refused, i don't know what to do now, my valid work permit expired on April 28th, is it possible to reapply my BOWP?

I don't think you can apply again... Your visa cannot be expired when you apply
Sorry, your work permit needs to be valid to be able to apply for BOWP. You need to switch to visitor status to maintain some legal status and stop working.

Sorry to hear that, I am so shock!! What's the reason CIC refused your application?
Looks you had everything, ITA, AOR, applying BOWP before WP expiring.

What is your ecas overall application status??
Is it "Application Received"
The reason is, i have applied with the Automated AOR
my valid work permit has expired on April 28th, and i have submitted my EE-PR on March 16th, but still now there is now process, and i did not get second AOR,
My ECAS status is "Application for PR received on March 16th, Medical has been received

what category your express entry.ie FST ,CEC , fsw ,pnp
When did you apply for BOWP?
You are gonna have to probably leave the country for a while, but at least it won't be for long considering your PR application is already in motion.

So far 2nd AOR has been issued to applicants who are living outside of Canada. I have not seen any AOR issued to inland applicant. More specifically Visa Offices inside Canada are not issuing 2nd AORs.
