Currently, I am on maintained status as a worker, but I am imagining my worst-case scenario next year. What if I am invited to PR next year, and my status is no longer a worker, I read that I am not eligible for BOWP.
I have a TRV, a master education in Canada (if this helps), is there any way that I will be eligible to restore my status as a worker and apply for BOWP while I am waiting for processing time of my PR applications to continue my career?
In a case where BOWP is not an option, whats the usual time to get PR application approved at this market situation?
