We did our medicals and we are now waiting for PPR. However, my PGWP is about to expire and I would like to apply for BOWP. I understand we need to supply "the proof ofour medical results" with the BOWP online application since we had medicals recently. What exactly should I get from the doctor in order to apply?

Hey I don't think proof of medical results is a requirement for BOWP. As long as you have received AOR and have a valid work permit that will expire within 4 months you can apply for BOWP. Check CIC's site for said information.
that's right.. you only need AOR and work permit expires within 4months to apply for a BOWP.

Thank you for your replies, guys, but the question at CIC site is worded like this: "have you had a medical examination performed by DMP in the last 12 months?"
If I say "no" I lie, because I had my medicals a month ago. Or not? What do you think?
And if I say "yes", the system asks for a "proof of a medical exam"

Interesting, so did you get any document from the doctor after completing your medical? Maybe like a confirmation with a number? I know most doctors will give a confirmation with sort of a tracking number in case CIC needs to ask you for said number. If you have that confirmation, scanning and uploading as proof of a medical exam should suffice. Hope this helps.
What did you do then? I was facing the similar situation, I end up saying no and submitting application without any doc for medicals,

I obtained a proof of medicals from the doctor, and attached it to the application.
Were you approved? I just applied a couple of days ago.
I applied for my BOWP recently around January 10th and I had my medicals done for CEC around January 6th. I answered "Yes" to that question and uploaded the receipt/medicals form in my BOWP application online. I got my BOWP approved and mailed to me on January 20th. So my recommendation is to say "Yes" and upload a copy of the medical form/receipt.
I didnt get approved yet, i hope everything would be fine;
