So, my wife and I received the ITA through her EE profile in that draw that the cut was 75 (we had 396).
She received her employment letter from the Canadian company she worked for almost 2 years but her former boss (in her home country) for some reason is reluctant to give her the employment letter.
We recalculated our points and now we are with 370 and still eligible for CEC since she got her employment letter from Canada.
Did anyone have a similar experience? They will recalculate but since we received the ITA with the cut of 75 we should be fine?

You should be fine. But please be very careful with Canadian job letter. Include exact job duties that match your NOC code. IRCC officers are very picky about job letters. I have got my application refused in the pas just because of job letter.
