My wife (US citizen) should be receiving her PRTD soon, she has already received her 2 Covid-19 vaccine doses.
Will she have to go through a 14 day quarantine since it isn't required for vaccinated Canadian residents anymore?
If so, would it be better for her to cross into Canada directly in Quebec or would crossing the border in Ontario before driving to Quebec also be feasible?
