Booking flight without paying (Visa application.)

Hello. I need your inputs on this please.A friend is applying for visitor Visa from the USA to Canada. But the problem she is facing now is how to book a flight from Boston to Toronto without paying . She only needs the pdf. can you suggest any airline she can use??

It’s really not required or beneficial to present this at all. She can simply look up flight schedules. Or start a booking and take a screenshot or PDF printout before the payment page. She can do this on any airline or aggregator.
