Book Medical Appointment for Pakistan

Hi - I have applied super visa for my parents. I have received a Medical Request but I am unable to book appointment with IOM. There is no one picking up the phone there, or responding to emails. Also I am unable to find any time slots on their online website. Can someone who has experience please guide how to book Medical Appointment in Pakistan.
