Hello guys
I applied for PCC through bls services and my new work permit is some case 27 which is I guess represents that my PR under process. So bls rep asked me to provide letter from immigration and refugee board regarding my status in Canada. Not sure where should I send email.
Can anyone suggest something or anyone came across anything like this?
Best way to get PCC, is to go through passport seva kendra's in India, you will get it in one day. I have got it @Delhi couple of years back and you just need to apply in the morning and in the evening you will get the passport with PCC back in your hands. They charge around 500Rs for the same.
You can see in this link for further details http passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/online/pccOnlineApp

The same thing happened with me. What did you do then?
I would like to know that if spouse name is not included in passport then whether we need to right it on BLS form or not for PCC? Other thing is that whether other documents, do i need to submit for marriage?
In question 19, do i need to provide address proof for all the locations where I resided in past? How many years of history of address do i need to include?
3 application form , 4 photo, original passport and work permit and one copy of passport and work permit they take your originalpassport and wp and give you back with pcc letter.
You can just submit photocopy, i did the same. Call BLS Canada helpline they will tell everything. Find out your jurisdiction city and call them. e.g. for Toronto - Phone: +1-416 307 2237
For toronto applicants, can we go to BLS toronto office (Toronto: 1448 Lawrence Avenue E, Unit 6 A, ON M4A 2V6) for in-person submission or do we have to go to Brampton office?
I went to BLS surrey and the bls rep asked me to provide letter from immigration and refugee board regarding my wife's status in Canada. this a stupid question since my wife is here on work visa thats the legal status they want to know if she is claiming refugee status so they want that form to filled out and send it to an email which is for IRCC ... i dont know why they ask this form to be filled out and the process is stating will take 30 days that's crazy .. did anymore completed this form ? how long does it take to hear back from immigration ?
