Blank in fee payment form

Hi All,

In my fee payment form, I only input my wife fee, so the total is 1100. However, I forget to input 0 in other fields, for example, "family members under 22 who is married or ..", and "family members under 22 who is not married ..".

Here is an example:

Principal application: 1 x 550 = 550
Each family member age 22 or older: 1 x 550 = 550
Each family member under age 22 who is married : blank and blank (I should put 0 and 0)
Each family member under age 22 who is not married : blank and blank (I should put 0 and 0)
My total is: 1100 (it is correct)

I don't know if my application is returned or not. Please advise me !
