Hello,

Is it ok to upload the experience letter and LOE letter from my company in Black and white especially when my company's logo is in color? Please advise.

Nope. You need to scan it in color.
 
As per my knowledge, it should be acceptable if its in the company letter head.
However, black and white PCC are not acceptable (except when it is issued in black & white).

Color is not a requirement for experience letter.
