Birth place issue !

Hello everyone.
In my passport and my ID the place of birth is the district but in the police certificate the birth place is the city.
also in my degree is the city!
Is that normal?

In passports, Signapore just says "Singapore" as place of birth, where the birth certificates state the hospital.

So its no big deal to have Different places of birth district/City on your documents?
