My wife was adopted as a child and as such her birth certificate bears the name of biological parents, whereas her passport bears the name of parents who adopted her.
As she was adopted when she was a small child she doesn't have the adoption papers handy. Her ration card also bears the name of parents who adopted her.
As the Document checklist requires the submission of birth certificate, can I upload her original birth certificate and write a letter of explanation, or do I any other documentation?
