Birth certificate

Hi All,

Can I submit birth certificate obtained from Indian embassy in USA when submitting docs to Buffalo office?
Can a marriage certificate (in english) issued by city Municipal Corporation acceptable or should I request one from the Indian Embassy?

hi .. i didn't submit my birth crt ... instead submitted high school crt .. so birth crt from ind amb sould be fine (or you can also submit your high school crt) ... as long as marriage crt is in english and notorized you shouldn't have any problem .. but you may ask the senior members as well. .. in my case i have already received my 2nd aor from buffalo and waiting for next step .. good luck ..

I submitted my school leaving certificate for birthproof, it's notarized copy Gujarati-English language (accepted), marriage certificate notarized copy English only (accepted).

me too submitted leaving certificate in english, marriage certificate in english, but I send marriage certi original and school leaving notary copy.
