Dear Seniors,
I have applied under NOC 1212 on June 15 2014. But I did not have my birth certificate so have processed with a letter by government body certifying a birth date of mine. Does it work?

Generally we should get from Corporation or Municipal offices.

If you got 10th class certificate where your name, DoB, and at least one of your parents name found, you can use it as alternative of birth certificate.
