you can submit your SSC certificate if der s Parents name mentioned in it... or u can submit an affidavit from ur parents...notarized self affidavit also may be accepted...

i depends on CIC officer either accepting or not. i have seen similar cases from india in FSW 2013 , people with clarification have cleared the eligibility. but get BC is possible. good luck

yes dat will do..but please keep a covering letter xplaining the things...not heard till nbodys rejected (provided with ssc or affidavit) one of the 2014 applicant got PER with SSC nly..plz check the remarks in the spread sheet..
You can also submit school leaving certificate whatever is latest , I have 12th HIgher secondary school leaving certificate, if you don't have ask your school they will issue.

i dont have birth certificate,and my 10th certificate doesnt have my fathers name explicitly on it(it is mentioned as my middle name)
So i made a self affidavit stating these are my parents and notarized it by a lawyer(sworn in)..will this be accepted by cic??? or this has to be made by my parents??

t is important to first conduct a search at the concerned birth registrar office to verify indeed there is no record of birth available. Once it is confirmed that the birth record is not available then an application along with supporting documents can be made at the concerned office.
