if you have someone in lebanon, they can do it for you as well, translation and then tosdi2 adl and kharjye. this is what we did, because the embassy here in kuwait doesnt do that
thanks rorita
can you plz give me the name of the translator you used in lebanon ?
i heard that the translation should have an affidavit stamp or statement ,, does yours have it ?

Dear Rorita and Zahraa
I am glad to read this conversation on this forum as I need to legalize (tasdik in arabic) my birth certificate OR do a new one with a tasdik at the foreign ministry in Beirut
I was born in Beirut in 1977 and left the country in 1982
I never got back in Lebanon since 32 years !
For immigration procedures for Canada, I need to legalize my birth certificate or get a new one from Beirut
I live in Paris actually
If one of you can help me with this administrative issue OR if your konw one of your relatives in Lebanon OR if you plan to go to Lebanon soon AND can help me I will be very grateful
Of course I am ready to pay the price for the help
Thank you in advance for your reply
Best Regards
Dima

Thank you Rorita !
I went to the Lebanese Ebbassy in Paris and they told me that they do not issue a new certificate nor legalize the one I have
They do not any tasdik if the certificate is not already legalized in Lebanon

In our initial application i wrote the country that I was born but when I was sending my docs I sent birth certificate n passport of the country I n my parents belonged, becouse we moved back to our home country, now they asked me to clarify this irregularity, I gave them evidence of my father job contract when we were in the other country where I was born... Will they reject my application on this issue, I don't have birth certificate of the country I was born but I wrote them a cover letter and give them explanation regarding it, will they deny me, my application is in process n Iam expecting medical???
