Birth Certificate from Tamil Nadu

Hi All,

My friend is applying for FSW and does not have his Birth Certificate from Tamil Nadu, India. His Secondary and +2 certificate do not show his parents name either.

Submitting indian passport showing parents name would be acceptable or is anything else he can send to satisfy the birth certificate requirement.

Submit affidavite from the parents. You can check with notary public in your area.
