birth certificate for passport holder

I am 31 years old and have passport. but dont have birth certificate as it doesnt have any use at this age. Do i still need birth certificate to apply for SINP.
Cant they verify information from passport?

Most advanced countries have birth and death register and track everyone.. Rules are rules. Kindly arrange for your BC if you wish to migrate

Birth certificate is must.passport can't replace birth certificate.you must collect it before applying.good luck
