Birth certificate after PR

Hi,

I have a query regarding birth certificate after PR. First of all, I don't have birth certificate. After going through the forum, what I can understand is that birth certificate is not required during any time of Express entry application.

1. However will this be mandatory for applying PR card after we reach Canada?
2. If it is not necessary for PR card, will it be required for applying Canadian Citizenship on later stages?
Note: I am married and don't have any kids
