I'm applying for a Canadian visa online. I was given a biometric date and I went do complete my biometrics. and a week after my online. application still sai "action. is required " after I had done my biometrics, I went back to complain and they told me to scan a code on the biometric receipt and send it to accra.immigration@international.gc.ca. Which I did and got a reply, they said it's been processed and it's been up to 3 weeks and my online account is still saying action required.

Same situation. Submitted biometrics on 07/17/17 and online account is still not updated.
