Biometrics payment receipt

Hello, I am new to this forum.
I am sponsoring my husband and we recently received the request for biometrics payment. I paid last week and submitted the receipt through the web form, as instructed. However, i never received any other type of confirmation that they have received the receipt. Is it normal to not receive confirmation after upload it to the web form? I am paranoid maybe it didn’t go through and if I should re submit. Thanks!

It can take a week or two for IRCC to review webform submissions. There has just been a long weekend, so nothing got processed Friday-Monday. It'll be processed soon, I'm sure.

Hey! After about 5 business days they got back to me confirming they got it then almost exactly a month later they requested biometrics. Yours should come soon! Good luck

I don't think it would affect the process too much as long as you do their requests ontime
