Biometrics not updated for LMIA Exempt work permit case filed from USA to Canada

Hi All, I applied for a LMIA exempt work permit from USA on 15th Aug 2023. I gave my biometrics on 30th Aug 2023 at a local USCIS application service center. But it is not showing on the check status tool or on my application status. All the three fields are appearing as blank. I submitted web form as well on 13th Sep 2023, they did not respond to that yet, but today my wife's biometrics got visible in the system. Did anyone else experience something like this from USA? Can you guys share your experience?

I have submitted my biometrics on Oct 2nd 23 and they were visible on the IRCC tracking site on oct 3rd. I am in a similar situation. My application was filed as LMIA exempt ICT from the US on sep 29th. I submitted my biometrics at VAC , NY. Did you receive your work permit? I m still waiting for mine

Yes it was updated in October and I crossed over right after that.
