I am Egyptian and currently living in the USA with an F1 visa. I applied for a study permit online on March 17 and got the biometric letter on the same day. I went to the ASC in Pittsburgh, PA to give my fingerprints and a photograph on March 19 and I got a stamp on the biometrics letter. The online application still shows that I have to give my fingerprints. I tried to call the VAC in NYC but they told me that they don't have information about it also I called the USCIS and they told me that they don't have access on such an information. What am I supposed to do in this situation as it has been 8 days and my biometrics not matched to my application yet. Do I have to go to the VAC and re-do the biometrics again. If not then what should I do as I have to travel within a month.
