Hi Everyone!

I created a PR profile under CEC category and my score is 488. I am going to India in February last week for two months. I have two questions.

1) If I get an ITA before that can I submit all the documents and travel to India? (My work permit is valid until October)

2) Is it possible to give biometrics and medicals before receiving ITA? or if I give both from India, will that be a problem?

1) If I get an ITA before that can I submit all the documents and travel to India? (My work permit is valid until October)
Yes. You can submit and travel as long as you have a valid TRV to travel back.
But if you submit it later, you might need a fresh PCC from within Canada after coming back.

2) Is it possible to give biometrics and medicals before receiving ITA? or if I give both from India, will that be a problem?
Medicals - Yes. Also check the medical exemption policy in place where you might not even need to give one.
Biometrics - No. You will need a biometrics instruction letter which is given after you submit your application.
But you might be able to give both in India too.

If I give biometrics and medical from India IRCC may come to know that I am in India. Isn't that a problem? because in some forums people say PCC becomes invalid if I travel and it results in application refusal.

Yes, that is a risk or they might ask a fresh PCC after you come back. Better to submit while in Canada.
