I have been notified for biometrics for Canada PR. I am currently in India. I had a few questions regarding getting it done from outside India since the VACs in India are not open for PR biometrics. I am planning to travel to either Dubai, Nepal or Singapore.
1. What are the rules for quarantine in these countries?
2. What are the documents I need to take care of to visit these countries(in terms of visa, letter of invite etc.)
3. Once the biometrics is done, would I have to travel/send my passport to the same country for stamping(after I receive the COPR)?
