Biometrics for outbound?

Hi there.

What's the process for this as the website seems a bit murky.

It says when I put Philippines (where my wife and I currently live an I will be sponsoring from) that will need to give biometrics.

How does this work generally from abroad do they tell me to go somewhere? How would this be affected in the pandemic?

Just wondering as i don't want to miss anything

After you make the application you will get a Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL) and depending on the situation at the time, there will be instructions.
