Biometrics for Inland Minor Dependant

My AOR is May 16, Inland CEC. I'm bio exempt. I have an Inland minor dependent that needs to give biometrics and I have been waiting for a call. No outland dependent btw. Anyone in same situation. Let's connect

How old is minor dependent if less than 13 does he or she even need to

Biometrics is required for 14-79 years. Mine is 16

Yeah, too bad. Agent told me that is what is holding up my application. Already, officer has noted it in my background check and even put a note for my own refund of $85
