Biometrics Fee Visitor Visa

Hey all, I have applied for my visitor visa online over ten days ago, I paid the application fee when submitting my application. They did not ask for a biometrics fee, and I can't seem to find a way to pay for on my application. I have never given biometrics before. This worries me as I see my application is only processed if I paid the bio fee and my flight to Canada leaves in three weeks. Have any of you gone through this before? How can I solve it?
