Link is same as available in biometric instruction letter(or visit USICS appointment scheduler). I tried to book appointment since last Friday and no appointments were available. But I was able to book appointment when I tried Monday midnight. I think, they are limiting the appointments. I would recommend to keep trying even late night. VFS is another option. But As far as my understanding, they are taking biometrics for Canada visa only at 4 VFS centers( SFO, Newyork, LA, and one more). Thanks..

Thanks for the late night tip. I will be submitting my application soon and have been keeping an eye out for any possible hiccups. Seems like scheduling an appointment could be the one.
I have a question about appointment booking. What all information is required for scheduling the appointment? Do they need any info from BIL? Can we schedule an appointment before getting BIL assuming we get it by the appointment date?

We can’t book an appointment without BIL. We have to provide IRCC number while booking the appointment which will be available on second page of BIL. USICS will not let us in if the IRCC number in the appointment and BIL are not the same.

:oops: 3-4 days back I checked that time there were plenty of slots available for next 2 weeks. I checked NY VO.
 
Any more information on if/when appointments will be more easily available? I just checked a bunch of places in Washington/Oregon/California and saw no availability at all...
