My spouse has received her request for biometrics and medical but we are unable to provide them in the 30 day window. We have tried to contact the immigration office in Sydney NS but haven't been successful yet. How should we proceed to get an extension?
 
Have you tried submitting the webform with extension request and explanation why do you need it?
