I over stayed in USA but I didn’t got deported and I don’t involved in crime. I have FBI clearance too. Do the visa officer come to know about my over stay after my biometric. Can anyone help me with this.

They will surely know as Canada & USA share immigration information, even without biometrics.
But it would hardly have any significant impact on your application.
