Biometric not updated on my profile

Hello house, please kindly provide me some insight, I did my biometric since January and till then hasn’t been updated on my profile as done still saying waiting for my biometric to be updated. I am beginning to be seriously worried. Is there something I can do to this? Is it normal? Anybody with similar issue? Pls help

I am also on the same boat. Gave my biometric on 4th June, Primary applicant part is showing the biometric details but biometric status is still coming as "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details " . Don't know the solution yet
