my common law partner is sponsoring me inside canada. i was advised to apply open wp at the same time with sponsorship application. we will send in the app by mail to Mississauga. now i have paid the wp fee and the wp holder fee too, but am unsure about the biometric one. Do i have to pay for it or it's only applied for visa application?
