Hello all

Please I need advise on what to do. My biometric for pr application deadline is on Monday and I don't have my passport with me because I applied for a visa and haven't gotten it back yet. I have filled a web form requesting an extension and haven't gotten any response yet and I'm running out of time. What can I do in this situation? I have contacted VFS but they said there's nothing they can do as I have to come with my passport. Thank you.
