I have got a question about biometric exam /recently I recived the biometric exam collection needed notice in my PR profile on 4 SEP 2020 / but i heard that someone who had a bio exam in last 10 years dose not need to do that again due to COVID19 situation also my profile page shows me clearly i had bio exam in 2016 but still shows me in my profile you needed to be done with bio exam means( action is recuired ) also website told me you can NOT go unless with a phone call from service Canada officer and have an appointment
i will be appriciate if any one can help me in this case
You are exempted from biometrics since you had given it in 2016. They will mark your biometrics as completed when they process the criminality. You don't need to worry about it.
