Hi everyone,
I got biometric collection letter in my messages today AGAIN! My biometrics were done on Oct 15, 2020. Anyone with the same situation? Why are they sending me the letter again? Do I have to have my biometrics done again? This is SO frustrating. I waited for 15 months to receive this msg from IRCC. Can anyone please help or advise?
I also have similar experience.
I did biometrics for TRV and immigration sent me a request for new biometrics. I sent a webform informing them of the new exemptions and indicated that I am exempted due to the new Covid 19 rules
But I applied for PR through Express Entry last year. I got my biometrics done on Oct 15, 2020 and my account even states the expiry year for my biometrics as Oct 2030. I don't know why I have to do it again if my current one does not expire yet.
